Øyvin Brøymer, Chairman of Medistim ASA, has received

authorization for a total of 4,886,306 voting shares

in connection with the Annual General Meeting of

Medistim ASA the 23rd of April 2014. This represents

26.65% of voting shares. Along with Brøymer shares

through Intertrade Shipping AS that has 3 850,000

shares, Brøymer votes for a total of 8,736,306

shares. This represents 47.64% of the voting shares.

Kari Krogstad, CEO of Medistim ASA, has received

authorization for a total of 1,465,625 voting shares

in connection with the Annual General Meeting in

Medistim ASA the 23rd of April 2014. Along with

Krogstad 40,000 shares, this corresponds to 8.21% of
