Board of Directors of Protector Forsikring ASA

At a meeting of the Board of Representatives today 30

April 2014, the Nomination Committees proposals were

unanimously approved.

Jostein Sørvoll was reelected for a period of two

years. Else Bugge Fougner and Erik G. Braathen were

reelected for a period of one year. Randi Helene Røed

and Jørgen Stenshagen were elected as new board

members for a period of two years.

Jostein Sørvoll was reelected as chairman of the

board. Erik G. Braathen was elected as deputy

chairman of the board.

The Board of Directors now consists of the following

members:

Jostein Sørvoll, chairman

Erik G. Braathen, deputy chairman

Else Bugge Fougner

Jørgen Stenshagen

Randi Helene Røed

Fredrik Øyan (elected by the employees))

Marianne Kvanvik (elected by the employees)
