If the General Shareholders' Meeting in Austevoll
Seafood ASA Friday 23 May 2014 at 09.30 am approves
the board's proposal to pay a dividend of NOK 1.60
per share, the shares will be traded ex dividend from
and including Monday 26 May 2014.
