Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting in Itera ASA will be held
on Thursday 22nd of May at 17:30 hrs. at Sognsveien 77
entrance B, Ullevaal Stadion.
Please find enclosed the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting with enclosures and the annual report. The
Notice of the Annual General Meeting with enclosures
can also be downloaded from www.itera.no.
The Notice will also be sent all shareholders with
known address as of 21st of April.
