SalMar - Ex. dividend

SalMar ASA's annual general meeting of shareholders, to be held on 4 June 2014,

is being asked to approve a proposed dividend payout of NOK 8.00 per share for

the 2013 fiscal year.

Should the dividend proposal be passed, SalMar ASA's shares will be listed

exclusive of the NOK 8.00 per share dividend with effect from 5 June 2014.
