Innkalling til ekstraordinær generalforsamling

Aksjeeierne i Det norske oljeselskap ASA ("Selskapet", OSE ticker code

"DETNOR") innkalles herved til ekstraordinær generalforsamling.

Generalforsamlingen finner sted på Selskapets hovedkontor i Munkegata

26, Trondheim torsdag den 3. juli 2014, kl. 17:00.

Til behandling foreligger den foreslåtte fortrinnsrettsemisjonen med en

kapitalforhøyelse som gir et bruttoproveny på ca. NOK 3 000 000 000, som

tilsvarer ca. USD 500 000 000. Fullstendig innkalling og agenda er

vedlagt.
