Share buyback program 2024 – 2026 – Interim Report No. 5

In the period from 23 December 2024 to 27 December 2024, a total of 150,000 shares were purchased under the share buyback program of RWE Aktiengesellschaft, the start of which was announced on 27 November 2024.

The shares were purchased by a credit institution commissioned by the company as follows:
