Fortrinnsrettsemisjon vedtatt av generalforsamlingen

Det ble i dag, 3. juli 2014 kl. 17.00 (CET), avholdt ekstraordinær

generalforsamling i Det norske oljeselskap ASA ("Selskapet").

Generalforsamlingen vedtok styrets forslag om å gjennomføre en

fortrinnsrettsemisjon ("Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen") ved utstedelse av nye

aksjer, som annonsert den 2. juni 2014. Vedlagt følger protokoll fra

generalforsamlingen.

De øvrige vilkår for Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen vil bli fastsatt av

Selskapets styre og beskrevet i et prospekt som vil bli offentliggjort

etterfølgende Finanstilsynets godkjennelse av prospektet, som forventes

å foreligge i midten av juli.
