Reference is made to the Stock Exchange notifications dated 2 July 2014

regarding the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in New Vision Baltija

UAB from NV Invest UAB

PSI Group ASA has today transferred 277,854 own shares with an average price of

NOK 6.07 to NV Invest UAB in connection with the acquisition of New Vision

Baltija UAB. In addition the main owner of NV Invest UAB has bought 277,854 own

shares at the same terms. After this, PSI Group ASA owns 104,545 own shares,

representing 0.2 percent of total outstanding shares.
