NSSLGlobal and ESL merge to create satellite communications powerhouse

NSSLGlobal Ltd (NSSL) has on September 6th agreed a

deal to consolidate the ESL group of companies with

their own. ESL has offices in Germany, Denmark and

Poland. Technically NSSL will buy the ESL group. The

owners of ESL will then invest the majority of the

consideration into the NSSL group. Closing is planned

for mid-September. ESL had a turnover in 2013 of 23

MEUR and an EBIT of 2,0 MEUR. NSSLGlobal had turnover

of 50 MGBP and an EBIT of 6,5 MGBP in 2013. The

strategy and board composition of NSSL remains
