Sesto San Giovanni, December 30th, 2024 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholder meeting held on April 11th, 2024, mainly to be used to service of the Incentive plans based on financial instruments Davide Campari-Milano N.V. (LEI code 213800ED5AN2J56N6Z02) announces that between December 23th and December 27th, 2024 it bought back 47,114 own shares at an average price of € 5.9964 per share for a total amount of € 282,515.02.

Considering maximum number of shares to be purchased with this program announced on 29th of October 2024 equal to 8,000,000 shares, as of December 27th, 2024, 1,079,420 shares have been purchased.

The transactions have been executed by UBS Europe SE, Codice LEI 5299007QVIQ7IO64NX37.
