Scatec Solar ASA: Transfer of shares by ITOCHU

Oslo, 2 October 2014

ITOCHU Europe Plc. has today transferred 3,422,549 shares in Scatec Solar ASA to

ITOCHU Corporation, at a price per share of NOK 19. Subsequent to the transfer,

ITOCHU Corporation, together with consolidated parties own 20,495,709 shares in

the Company, representing 21.80 %, before any exercise of the green-shoe option

as announced by Scatec Solar ASA on 1 October 2014.

ITOCHU Corporation does not own rights to shares in Scatec Solar ASA.

Subsequent to the transfer, ITOCHU Europe Plc. does not own any shares or rights

to shares in Scatec Solar ASA. The transfer of shares by ITOCHU Europe Plc. to

ITOCHU Corporation is made further to the intention to do so as announced in the

prospectus for listing of the shares in Scatec Solar ASA dated 12 September
