Fenel AS, a company controlled by Mr. Øystein Stray

Spetalen, board member of Diagenic ASA, will receive

61 538 462 consideration shares at NOK 0.65 per share.

Strata Marine & Offshore AS, a company controlled by

Mr. Øystein Stray Spetalen, board member of Diagenic

ASA, has on 9 October 2014 been allocated 6 769 231

shares at NOK 0.65 per share in the private placement.

After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen and

associated companies have a holding of 79 264 535

shares in Diagenic ASA, representing 27.8% (based on

285 082 950 outstanding shares).
