Reference is made to the notice from Nel ASA 5
November 2014.
Strata Marine & Offshore AS, a company controlled by
Mr. Øystein Stray Spetalen, board member of Nel ASA,
have been allocated 6 166 303 shares at NOK 0.65 per
share in the rights issue.
After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen and
associated companies have a holding of 85 420 838
shares in Nel ASA, representing 25.2% (based on 338
929 104 outstanding shares).
