synthetic share transactions occurred:

Roddy Smith, Executive Vice President, has exercised 26,277 synthetic share

options with a strike price of NOK 29 and 8,461 synthetic shares in AWDR under

the Synthetic Share Plan at a price of NOK 81.39. After this transaction Roddy

Smith holds 57,005 synthetic shares.
