San Jose, February 5th, 2015 — Asetek announces that it has settled its patent infringement lawsuit against CoolITSystems, Inc. and agreed to dismiss the case (Asetek Danmark A/S v. CoolITSystems, Inc., Northern District of California federal district court).
Although the specific terms of the settlement are confidential, the parties have agreed to the federal district court making a determination of whether and to what extent damages are to be awarded by the court toAsetek.
The court's damages determination will be disclosed later in a separate release.
