Nordic Semiconductor ASA: Nordic Semiconductor ASA's Fourth Quarter 2014 Results.

Oslo, February 10, 2015: Nordic Semiconductor ASA

reported fourth quarter 2014 revenues of MUSD 45.2

and EBIT of MUSD 6.3, compared to last year with

revenues of MUSD 35.6 and EBIT of MUSD 4.6. The full

year revenues were MUSD 167.0, representing an

increase of 34% compared to 2013.

Sales from Bluetooth Smart represented more than

half of fourth quarter revenues, compared to 38%

last quarter. This marks the first time that sales

from Bluetooth Smart exceeds sales from our legacy

proprietary business.

Before tax profits were MUSD 7.6 in the fourth

quarter, compared to MUSD 4.7 last year.

Basic and diluted EPS from total operations was USD

0.042 in the fourth quarter, compared to USD 0.020

last year.
