Asetek Settles Lawsuit with PHD Group after Acquiring Two Additional US Patents
Aalborg, February 10th, 2015 - Asetek®, the world's leading supplier of computer
liquid cooling solutions, today announced that it has settled the lawsuit
asserted against the company by PHD Research Group, Inc. The settlement is a
result of Asetek acquiring the two asserted patents within the field of all-in
-one liquid cooling systems for computers. The two Patents - US 6,408,937 and US
7,055,581 were first filed in 2000 and 2003 and will provide additional IP
protection for all Asetek products including an all-in-one pump configuration.
