ASETEK – Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Asetek A/S (the "Company") on 25 February 2015 regarding the completed private placement of 10,000,000 new shares, each with a par value of DKK 0.10, at a price of NOK 10 per share.

The share capital increase pertaining to the 10,000,000 new shares has now been registered with the Danish Business Authority.

The Company's new registered share capital is DKK 2,488,131.10, corresponding to a total of 24,881,311 shares, each with a par value of DKK 0.10.
