Conclusion of long-term agreements

Conclusion of long-term agreements

Oslo, 09.04.2015: During the first quarter, Itera has

signed several agreements of importance with both new and

existing customers. Customers like PRA Group, Hjort,

Simonsen Vogt Wiig, Selvaag, NDEA, Ski Municipality, OBOS

and Østfold Energi have signed agreements with a total

contract value of MNOK 170. The latter two customers are

new, while the remaining are businesses where existing

relationships are extended or continued. Most of the

agreements have a duration of three to five years.

Østfold Energi is a specific example, where Itera is

chosen as operating partner of the technology platform.

The contract has a duration of five years, with an option

for further extension. The agreement includes both

operating and consulting services related to business-

oriented IT utilization in the energy company.

- The cooperation with Itera will allow us to focus on

providing the organization with better user experience and

application operations. We are convinced that Itera will

be a solid operation partner of our IT platform and secure

a good co-operation, says IT manager Trude Bjering-Strand

in Østfold Energi.

Among other services, the agreement includes services in

'Disaster Recovery' - ie the establishment of secure

routines for very fast restoration of data and normal

operation in case of any unforeseen events. This is

important to reduce Østfold Energi's business risk and to

ensure compliance with applicable laws.

- We are very pleased to enter into a co-operation with

Østfold Energi, a new customer of strategic importance to

us. The agreement is in the core of where we believe we

can be a good partner. Long-term goals will make sure we

develop deep knowledge of Østfold Energi's organization

and specific technology needs. Østfold Energi can focus on

their core business, while our role will be to ensure

stable, user friendly and customized technology support.

We look forward to a good and close cooperation in the

coming years, says Jon Erik Högberg, EVP Managed Services

in Itera.
