Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Prosafe SE will be

held at the company's registered office at 126 Stadiou Street, 6020 Larnaca,

Cyprus on 13 May 2015 at 9 a.m. Cyprus time.

Attached the full notice which includes additional information about the agenda,

the recommendation of the election committee and report, notice of attendance at

the Annual General Meeting/Proxy and detailed voting instructions. The documents
