Storm Real Estate ASA - annual accounts approved

The Board of Storm Real Estate ASA has on 16 April 2015

approved the 2014 Annual Accounts for the Storm Real

Estate Group and the parent company.

The final annual accounts are in accordance with the

preliminary accounts for 2014 published on 12 February

2015, together with the Q4 2014 interim report.

The annual report will be published at the company's

website (www.stormrealestate.no) and at Oslo Stock

Exchange's news platform newsweb.no together with the

calling notice for the Annual General Meeting, to be held

on 13 May 2015.
