Øyvin Brøymer, Chairman of Medistim ASA, has

received authorization for a total of 3,328,125

voting shares in connection with the Annual General

Meeting of Medistim ASA the 23rd of April 2015. This

represents 18.37% of voting shares. Along with

Brøymer shares through Intertrade Shipping AS that

has 3 850,000 shares, Brøymer votes for a total of

7,187,125 shares. This represents 39.62 % of the

voting shares.

The authorizations are valid for the Annual General

Meeting in Medistim ASA the 23rd of April 2015.
