Notice is hereby given that the annual general
meeting of Zalaris ASA will be held in Oslo on 18
May 2015 at 15:00 Oslo time.
Please be informed that in the notice of the Annual
General Meeting, the Board will propose to
distribute a dividend of NOK 0.75 per share and to
renew a facility authorizing the increase of the
share capital of the Company by up to NOK 100,000.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be
distributed to all registered shareholders.
