Photocure ASA: Regarding proposed election of board members
Reference is made to the annual general meeting in Photocure ASA to be held on
30 April 2015, including the nomination committee's proposal for election of
board members attached to the notice as announced on 8 April 2015.
The nomination committee has proposed Mr. Lars Viksmoen as one of five
candidates for election to the board of directors of Photocure. The company has
subsequently been informed that Mr. Viksmoen has decided to withdraw his
candidacy and will not be a candidate for election to the board.
