Following the market close on April 23, 2015,

employees in Nordic Semiconductor ASA have exercised

265,930 share options in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.

The options contracts were granted to employees with

a strike price of NOK 38.43 and a "cap" of NOK

150.00 upon cash settlement).

This options settlement will result in a cash

payment of NOK 5,603,145 (USD 708,747) to those

employees who have exercised options. All expenses

related to the options exercise have already been

recognized in previous quarters, and the options

settlement has no net impact on the operating

expenses of the company in the current or future

quarters.

After this transaction, the total number of options

issued in Nordic Semiconductor ASA shares under

the employee option program is 3,878,740.

Among the employees that exercised options the

following primary insider participated:

Chief Technology Officer Svein-Egil Nielsen has

exercised 100,000 share options. Following this

transaction he holds 250,000 options and 15,000

shares in the Company.
