Fornebu, Norway - April 29, 2015: REC Silicon ASA (REC Silicon) will release its

Q1 2015 results on Wednesday May 6, 2015 at 07:00 a.m. Central European Time

(CET).

A presentation of the results will be held at 08:00 a.m. CET at Vika Atrium

Konferansesenter, Munkedamsveien 45, Oslo, Norway. The presentation will be in

English.
