Entra ASA: Annual General Meeting of Entra ASA

The Annual General Meeting of Entra ASA was held on 29 April 2015.

All proposals on the agenda were approved. The minutes from the General Meeting

are attached to this disclosure.

The General Meeting approved the Board's proposal to distribute a dividend for

2014 of NOK 459.3 million, corresponding to NOK 2.50 per share. The share will

be listed ex dividend on 30 April 2015 and the dividend will be paid on 12 May

2015 to shareholders as of 29 April 2015.
