PSI Group ASA: Coop Norge Handel AS signs ESL solution for approximately 150 former ICA stores

Norsk Butikkdrift AS, a fully owned subsidiary of Coop Norge Handel AS, and PSI

Systems AS, a fully owned subsidiary of PSI Group ASA, has reached an agreement

regarding deliveries, installation and service of Pricer's electronic shelf

labels for 150 former ICA stores which Coop will convert to Coop Extra.

The agreement has a value of approximately MNOK 100. The infrastructure and

solutions will be delivered and installed during 2015 and 2016, starting in June

Pricer's technology enables, through an IR based wireless infrastructure, all

paper based price labels in the shelves to be replaced by electronic

displays. These small screens/displays, on the size of a paper based price

label, retrieves price- and relevant consumer information automatically from the

same database which is used when the goods are scanned at the POS.
