Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Opera Software ASA to be held

on 2 June 2015, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sverre Munck, has been

given proxies without voting instructions for 7 916 578 shares in Opera Software

ASA representing 5,44% of the total shares and voting rights in the company. The

proxies are only valid at the Annual General Meeting. Sverre Munck in addition

holds 25 000 shares in Opera Software ASA through his wholly owned company

Libras AS. This notification is made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act section 4-2.
