Entra ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 5th of June 2015 regarding

Entra's share saving scheme for employees and on 2nd of June 2015 regarding

allocation of shares to primary insider employees.

Entra ASA has on the 12th of June 2015 sold 81,446 treasury shares to

participants in the Employee Share Saving Scheme at a price of NOK 59.4 per

share.

Entra ASA owns zero treasury shares after the transfer.
