Entra ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 28(th) May 2015 and 15(th)

June 2015 regarding Entra's share saving scheme for employees.

Entra ASA has today bought an additional 1,683 shares in connection with the

share savings scheme for employees at a price of NOK 74.5 per share. The shares

will be transferred to participants in the share savings scheme for employees at

a price of NOK 59.4 per share. After the transfer Entra ASA owns zero treasury

shares. The share buy back program in connection with the share saving scheme is

now completed.
