New CFO in Itera

Oslo 24.06.15: Bent

Hammer has been

appointed new CFO of

the communications

and technology

company Itera ASA.

Bent Hammer (46)

comes from the

position as CFO for

Capgemini Norway AS,

the Norwegian

subsidiary of the

multinational

consulting company

with 150,000

employees worldwide

and more than 800 in

Norway.

Hammer has solid and

proven experience in

management and

business

development. He has

also highly relevant

industry experience

covering controlling

of project

deliveries in

interdisciplinary

teams, in a range of

sectors and with

distributed delivery

teams across

borders.

Bent Hammer has

AS / Manamind (today

Oslo Market

Solutions), where he

in addition to

managerial tasks has

participated in or

led processes within

strategy and

business

development. In

addition, he has 5

years of consulting

experience from PwC

Consulting.

Bent Hammer holds an

MBA from the

University of Texas

and a Bachelor from

the University of

Warwick. He will

join Itera 1st

October 2015 at the

latest.
