Herning, 25 June 2015. Reference is made to today's
announcement from NEL ASA ("NEL") regarding issue of
new shares in connection with the acquisition of H2
Logic A/S. H2 Holding ApS ("H2 Holding") has on 25
June 2015 subscribed for 126,755,557 consideration
shares in NEL ASA, and will after registration of the
new shares hold approx. 21.2% of the shares and votes
of NEL.
