Share capital increase registered
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by NEL ASA (the "Company")
on 25 June 2015 regarding the successful completion of the acquisition of all
outstanding shares of H2 Logic A/S (the "Transaction").
The share capital increase pertaining to the 148,148,148 consideration shares in
connection with the Transaction has now been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises.
The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 119,675,820.8, corresponding
to a total of 598,379,104 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.20 per share.
The new shares resulting from the Transaction will be issued and listed
immediately on Oslo Børs.
