SHARE BUYBACK
Itera ASA has on the 29th of June 2015 purchased 2.200 own
shares at an average price of NOK 2.49
per share. After this transaction, Itera ASA owns the
total of 2.200 shares of a total of 82 186 624 shares.
The transaction is part of a share buyback authorization
by Itera General Meeting on 21nd of May 2015.
