Entra ASA : Renewed and extended lease contract in Biskop Gunnerusgate 14 in Oslo

Entra has renewed and extended a lease contract with Sopra Steria AS in Biskop

Gunnerusgate 14 in Oslo.

Sopra Steria will lease a total of 5,850 sqm under the new lease, thus adding

another 940 sqm to the previous contract.  The new contract has duration of 8.7

years, starting from 1 November 2015.

Biskop Gunnerusgate 14 is now 96.2% let.
