Entra ASA : New lease contract with ManpowerGroup in Sundtkvartalet

Oslo, 9 July 2015 - ManpowerGroup has signed a lease contract for 4,200 sqm in

Sundtkvartalet in Oslo. Sundtkvartalet is a new office building under

construction and ManpowerGroup's headquarter in Norway will be located here.

ManpowerGroup is the world leader in workforce solutions and Norways's largest

company within this sector. The contract has duration of seven years with

extension rights and is starting from January 2017.

- Sundtkvartalet is centrally located only a few minutes walk from the Oslo

Central Station. This part of Oslo is being developed and revitalised. Entra is

well positioned and excited about the opportunities ahead, says Entra's CEO Arve

Regland.

The Sundtkvartalet project is a joint venture between Skanska Commercial

Development AS and Entra. The 31 000 sqm project will be finalised by the end of

2016 and so far a total of 12 300 sqm is let.
