Prosafe SE. The resulting number of voting rights

held by investment funds managed by CI Investments

Inc. that are advised by Black Creek Investment

Management Inc. is 11,795,000. CI Investments Inc.

as investment fund manager of the above listed funds

now holds 5.00% of the voting rights of Prosafe SE.
