Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting in Protector

Forsikring ASA is enclosed.

The purpose of the meeting is in line with the Company's

communication of 10th July 2015 regarding contemplating

issuing subordinated debt in compliance with the

frameworks of Solvency II and the new Norwegian

"Finansforetaksloven".

The notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting with

enclosures are also available on

The notice is sent all shareholders with known address.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on the

company's premises at Støperigata 2, Aker Brygge, Oslo, on

Wednesday 26th August at 15.00 pm. (CET).
