Prosafe SE: New Chief Financial Officer

Reference is made to press release of 3 July 2015 in which Prosafe informed that

Mr Stig H. Christiansen had been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Prosafe is pleased to announce that Mr Christiansen has assumed this position

today.

Mr Christiansen will overlap with current CFO, Mr Sven Børre Larsen, until the

end of August.

Prosafe is the world's leading owner and operator of semi-submersible

accommodation vessels. Operating profit reached USD 248.3 million in 2014 and

net profit was USD 178.8 million. The company operates globally, employs 800
