Nordic Semiconductor announces Stock Repurchase Program
Nordic Semiconductor ASA announced today that it
will activate a stock repurchase program. The
repurchase program is being carried out in
accordance with the authorization to the Board of
Directors as resolved at the Annual General Meeting
on April 17, 2015.
Additional information regarding the company's
financial Guidance for the third quarter 2015 has
been released in a separate stock exchange notice.
