Havila Shipping ASA : Lay up of AHTS vessels

Havila Shipping ASA has decided to lay up the AHTS vessels Havila Mars and

Havila Neptune. The consequences will be to give notice to some employees and

reduced needs for hire of crew. The decision is made as a consequence of the

actual market conditions. The company does not expect that the market will

improve in short- or medium-term. The main challenge is the supply side, and

this measure will have a positive effect on this. The lay up will take place as

soon as cost savings can be achieved. The measure will have full effect in the

financial statements from Q1 2016.
