Selvaag Bolig ASA - sold homes for NOK 750 million

Selvaag Bolig sold 208 residential units with a combined value of NOK 750

million during the third quarter of 2015. The company had 1 426 homes under

construction at 30 September.

"Demand for new homes is high in Greater Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim, and we have

sold well in all our projects for these markets," says CEO Baard Schumann.

"We have good products and very competitive prices. However, better sales than

expected in earlier periods mean we had fewer homes for sale this past quarter.

We're launching several major projects in the fourth quarter, and will be

further strengthening our land bank."

Selvaag Bolig started construction of 204 homes during the third quarter,

completed 172 units and delivered 202 to their buyers.

At 30 September, the company had 25 homes which were completed but unsold, and

1 426 under construction.

During the first nine months of the year, Selvaag Bolig sold 726 homes with a

total value of NOK 2.46 billion. That compared with 653 with a total value of

NOK 2.25 billion during the same period of 2014.

The company sold 259 homes with a combined value NOK 915 million in the third

quarter of last year.
