Entra ASA : Norway Post renews and extends lease contract in Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14 in Oslo
Oslo, 16 October 2015 - Entra has renewed the lease contract with Norway Post in
Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14 and thus increased contract duration with close to
eight years, moving expiration from 1 March 2018 to 31 December 2025.
Norway Post's present contract is for seven floors (13,760 sqm). From 1 March
2018 it will be reduced by up to two floors (approx. 4,000 sqm) unless otherwise
notified by end April 2016.
