Entra ASA : Allocation of bonus shares to shareholders and primary insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices sent on 18 September and 9

October. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries has today delivered

299,496 bonus shares to 5,407 shareholders participating in the retail offering

and employee offering in connection with the IPO of Entra.

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries has hereby reduced their ownership

with 0.16 % and now holds 91,368,893 shares, corresponding to 49.73 % of the

share capital in Entra.
