Results of General Meeting

In accordance with NSX Listing Rules and section 251AA of the Corporations Act, African Petroleum Corporation Limited (OAX: APCL / NSX: AOQ) (African Petroleum or Company) advises that the resolution put at the General Meeting of the Company held on 21 October 2015 was passed on a show of hands. Details of proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out below:

Resolution 1 - Consolidation of Capital
