EAM: Notice of termination of the feed in tariff contract received for three

power plants in the P31 portfolio

29th of October 2015

The company received late last night notice of termination of the feed in tariff

contract for three of the 17 suspended power plants from  Gestore Servizi

Energetici ("GSE"). The termination involves one company and three power plants

purchased under the P31 acquisition.

We have today a hearing in the administrative court and will revert with more

information when appropriate.
