Protector Forsikring ASA appoints new CFO

Robert Thornedahl (51) has 20+ years of management experience, including seven years as CFO and member of the Executive Board for Nykredit, as well as 4 years as Nordic Executive Vice President for Tryg Forsikring. Thornedahl is Danish, and comes from the position as Regional CFO for Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC).

– I am looking forward to the challenge as CFO for Protector Forsikring, an exciting fast growing company with great potential, even outside Scandinavian borders, Robert Thornedahl says.

– We are very pleased to have Robert Thornedahl as our new CFO. His professional and operational management experience forms a good foundation to Protector's further development. His Danish background is an asset for a Scandinavian company with ambitions outside the region, says CEO Sverre Bjerkeli.

Thornedahl starts January 1st 2016.
