Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA's (EMGS) will present the Company's third

quarter results today from 10:00 CET at the Company's premises in Oslo in

Dronning Mauds gate 15. The presentation will also include an overview of the

Board of Directors of EMGS' proposal to do a rights issue and to amend and

extend the Company's bondholder agreement.

The presentation will be held by CEO Stig Eide Sivertsen, and will be
